Gloggu, (Joruvheim Tor, the original dwarven name), is the mouth of Niesse and the tip of the orc spear. While most fortresses specialize and emphasis defensive bulwarks, Gloggu is an offensive machine, a stockade with teeth as represented by the dual “Dwarven Hammers” sculptures over the main gates and the nearby bones of an elder dragon they are said to have slain.

The five great fortresses of Niesse were built by the dwarves pre-Claw Hammer War, well over a thousand years ago, before the dwarves were decimated and driven out of their homeland. In the Sunset of that terrible conflict, the orcs moved into Niesse and took the fortresses for their own use and transformed them into bastions of orc depravity.
